The employees at the hotel were extremely hospitable.

The penthouse suite was beautifully styled, with an excellent freestanding slipper bath in the bedroom. The staff showed amazing attention to detail, helping me settle in and ensuring everything worked properly. Breakfast was a highlight, served by a cheerful staff member with a diverse menu including fresh eggs and good kippers.

The hairdryer was missing initially but was promptly provided upon request.

Everything met requests, had an extra special stay in both nights of our stay. All good - we greatly enjoyed this small hotel - the food was great and the staff were hospitable and knowledgeable. The room was fashionable and neat with separate bathroom and magnificent views. The bed was extremely comfy; and there was a bath.

The check-in was smooth, but the tiny portions at breakfast were disappointing.

The top-floor suite is fabulous! With fine views and a spacious layout, it felt warm and snug, perfect for a little romance.

But honestly, I could've used a cold shower instead of feeling like I was in a sauna!

The views from the Penthouse Mini-Suite were absolutely breathtaking! 🌅 Plus, the breakfast basket delivered to our room was a lovely surprise. Just a bummer about it being a bit warm upstairs.

The room was spacious with a beautiful harbor view, and the staff were friendly, ensuring I had everything I needed. The delivery of breakfast to my room was a charming touch, with both hot and cold options.

Staff provided really good assistance, from handling voucher parking to bringing meals right to the room. The provided parking permits added significant convenience during a busy visit, awesome for easy access to local attractions. The access involves outdoor steps followed by indoor stairs, which might be challenging for some guests. Breakfast offerings were delicious, though the limited options at times could leave you wanting more.

Lovely Stay with Amazing Dining Experience

The staff's friendliness set a cute tone. Dining at the on-site restaurant was a highlight. We savored the lovely lamb and delicious desserts, complemented by excellent service. Tip, Reserve a table in advance for dinner!

The room had fine views and was super cozy. The fresh breakfast delivered right to the door was a lovely touch! Enjoying the rooftop relaxation area and the comfy lounge really helped us unwind. Just a heads up, the walk from parking could be a bit much, especially after a long day exploring. 🌅

The room with a view was awesome! My bed was super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud ☁️. The service here was top-notch, no complaints at all.

This place is in a top-notch spot right by the beach, pier, harbour, and Abbey. The staff is always super friendly and on the ball, and the facilities are really beautiful. 🌟
